DCM: 4 new items added to the support page

Four new items have been added to the support page for Delphi Configuration Manager.

1. How do I enable the Data Explorer for my Win32 Only configuration.
2. Having just a .NET personality installed and attempting to import older Delphi projects.
3. Enabling Quality Insight within Delphi 2005.
4. After applying Delphi 2005 Update 3, my About Box still displays Update 2.
