DCM is a great start on a configuration manager for D2005. I installed 1.5 this morning and created a WIN32ONLY setup. It started much faster, but when I loaded a project I found that all my third-party components were missing. Even ones registered to the System and Win32 palettes were gone. Restarting with the full system and they were back again. Did I miss something?
My last comment had an old Blog acct. Sorry about that. Keep working on DCM! We (D2k5 users) really need it!!

John, those components should be there.
Send me an email and I'll try and work out what has happened in your case. No thirdparty components is correct - this is going to be addressed in version 2.
