Translation Manager Alignment Fix

Not sure if someone has already posted a fix for this because I only recently discovered the bug.

Translation Manager does not resize to fill the window area

I have uploaded and IDE Add-In that adds a menu item. When you select this menu item and the Translation Editor is opened it will fix the alignment bug.

Full source is included for the fix.
